Some restaurants can be overrated. They’re all hyped up but when you get there, they’re pretty ordinary. Nothing fantastic 🙁 Well, that is NOT the case with Lantaw Floating Restaurant in Cordova, Cebu.
The first time I visited this restaurant, it was just a pretty small space. Nonetheless, their food was good. Unfortunately, the old structure of the restaurant was ruined by a typhoon. That was a couple of years ago. Now, the restaurant is bigger and better. The service is great. Everybody is so friendly.
They have the best Buko Express. It’s not too spicy but if you want it really spicy, they will give you a handful of red chilis. Yay! The dish is served in a buko shell with some freshly shredded buko meat. It’s a highly recommended dish.
Goes well with their kinilaw. YUM!
Food is not the only reason why you should visit Lantaw in Cordova. The view is fantastic.
In case you’re in Cebu, you just have to drop by Lantaw in Cordova. This place is a must-see.
